Kept

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 September 2026

By installing or using Kept you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kept on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the app, or try to derive its source code.

Your data and your backups

Your records live on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups: use the built-in backup or CSV export, or enable iCloud sync. Deleting the app deletes its local data. The developer cannot restore anything for you, because the developer has no copy.

Not financial advice

Kept is a personal bookkeeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Exchange rates shown in the app come from the National Bank of Ukraine and are informational; they may differ from the rate your bank applies. Check anything important against your bank statements.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data, profit or other damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
