By downloading or using Pinea (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms where applicable.
2. Acceptable use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and to use it in compliance with applicable laws.
3. The App “as is”. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any data loss arising from use of the App.
5. Your content. The App only references items you choose to pin; you are responsible for those files and links. We claim no rights over them.
6. Intellectual property. The App, its name, and design are owned by the developer.
7. Termination. These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
